Year 8 InSoc. Globalisation – Developing Presentation Skills

As part of the Globalisation Unit, they have been looking at the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. Towards the end of the topic they did a mini inquiry about all the influential people and events that helped lead up to the Abolition of Slavery in the US. To continue to develop their communication skills they had to pair up and present their findings to another group. It was great to see the improvements they have made over the years in their verbal and visual presentation skills.
