What are modern employers looking for? A global investment bank’s perspective – Credit Suisse

In response to rapidly changing needs brought about by globalisation and the accelerating pressure of change, Credit Suisse have found that their traditional hiring metrics are no longer getting the employees they need. They are tearing up the established rule book and approaching it in a different way.

So, if the old ways won’t do, how do young learners appeal to today’s employers?
