Traffic Update on Access to SIS

Dear Students and Parents,

Many thanks with your patience at this time while the clean-up continues to occur around Hong Kong and our local area. I am writing to give a brief update on the access to South Island School. The Highways Department has continued to clear the pedestrian walkway along Nam Fung Road and there is now clear walking access on one side of the road (the school side) from Ocean Park MTR to our school. Students still must be mindful as they walk to and from school as the walkway may contain debris left by the typhoon.

The public bus routes of 41A and 76 are still not running today so the safest way to and from school is either by school bus, private car, taxi or the MTR.
