The Award-Winning Film: Most Likely To Succeed – FREE SCREENING @SIS on 22nd June
South Island School is pleased to announce a screening of the award winning documentary, Most Likely to Succeed, in our School Hall at 6pm on the 22nd of June. This FREE event will include a screening of the film (90mins) followed by a short discussion about the thought-provoking issues raised as they affect the future of education. The event will be hosted by School Principal, Graham Silverthorne.
For teachers and parents concerned about the way in which our education system matches the requirements of living and working in the 21st century, this is a ‘must see’ Film. It explores the need for radical change, in light of the seismic shifts witnessed in society during the last century and it provides the catalyst for a forthright and ‘out of the box’ discussion. What is the future of education at South Island School? What is the future of education in Hong Kong? We encourage parents, students and teachers to join us for this deeply engaging movie.
