SIS Goes MaD Week Registration 2016

Dear Parents and Students,

As mentioned in Mr. Silverthorne’s email to you last Friday, we will be moving to the CHQ registration system for the SIS Goes MaD 2016 registration. We have already been using the system this year for our afterschool activities registration so there will be familiarity for students in the process of selecting their choices for SIS Goes MaD. Please remember that this system is based on a random selection process and is NOT a first come first served process. Therefore please register at your leisure during the following time period:

Years 7-9:  Tuesday March 22nd to Thursday March 31st
Year 11:  Tuesday April 12th to Tuesday April 19th

Students should go to the “Activities” button on our School Website (please see the attachment for guidance on how to register).

To register, students use their own student login that is the same as their VLE password. We encourage parents and students to sit down together for the registration process. Once confirmation of choices has been announced, students will receive confirmation via their CHQ account and be required to fill in a consent form over the summer holidays to be returned at the beginning of school. Parents will also receive confirmation either by email or via the Parent Portal.
