PTA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (7th September)
NOTICE is given that the Annual General Meeting of the South Island School Parent Teacher Association Limited will be held on :-
Date: 7 September 2017
Time: 6:30 pm
Place: The SPACE, 5th Floor, South Island School, 50 Nam Fung Road, Aberdeen.
for the following purposes: –
- To receive and consider the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 30th June 2017
- To elect Committee Members
- To appoint Auditors – FTW & Partners CPA Limited retired and offer themselves for re-appointment
- To transact any other ordinary business of the Company
Election of the 2017-2018 PTA Committee will take place and all parents are eligible to vote. If you wish to join the PTA Committee or to NOMINATE a parent to join the PTA Committee, please download and complete the Nomination Form. The Nomination Form should be returned to the Chairman on/before 1 September 2017 (1600 hours) by email pta@sis.edu.hk or to PTA Office.
