Post-Truth

South Island School welcomes Agence France Presse (AFP) Asia-Pacific Regional Director, Philippe Massonnet and Giles Hewitt, APAC editor in chief, and former Seoul/Pyongyang bureau chief, next Thursday morning between 8am and 9:30am in The Atrium.

The presentation is designed to support the learning of Year 10 Media students but is open to all. The topic will address “Opening an AFP bureau in Pyongyang whilst tackling the new post-truth world”. This will also entail the role of an international news wire in the post-truth era and AFP involvement in the DPRK supported by some very interesting visual content.
