Nightfest 2016 in Virtual Reality

Mark this date on your calendar!  This annual event is sure to be a night to remember, so come along with your family and friends to support the South Island School PTA.
Last year’s NightFest was a huge success and the funds raised were allocated for the following projects in School:
1.    Ground floor foyer refurbishment – to be completed during summer.
2.    Funds given to support the overall renovation of the Learning Support Centre.

WANTED:
RAFFLE PRIZE SPONSORS – we are looking for donations for the raffle.  Examples of prizes on offer from our 2014 raffle: I.T. gift vouchers, Beats headphones, spa vouchers, X-Box, dining vouchers and so many more!  Cash donations are also welcome as this will allow the PTA to purchase additional raffle prizes.

If you would like to sponsor a raffle prize, please email the PTA at sisptafair2016@gmail.com.  All raffle prizes need to be finalized by 2 September, 2016. Please make sure the gifts are new and in good condition and vouchers should be valid until 30 June 2017 or after. Please include your name, your child’s name and class number with the donated item.

PARENT VOLUNTEERS:
Please let us know if you have an interest or expertise in any of the following areas:

Entertainment – to assist with auditions, rehearsals, etc.
Food and Drink – to help organize food and drink stalls
Commercial Vendor Marketplace – liase with vendors before and on the night
Decoration – to assist with sourcing decorations and decorating the venue
Raffle – to assist with raffle ticket administration
