Maddy Yates achieves 2nd place in ESF Chef Finals 2019!
Congratulations to Maddy Yates (10M2) for winning second place at the ESF Chef Finals 2019!
Her dish was: “Lamb rack coated with a Dijon parsley crust, served with miniature potato gratin, roasted pumpkin puree and spring vegetable medley. Topped with a truffle infused lamb gravy.”
Maddy has helped in keeping South Island School in at least the top 2 positions for the last 4 years. Keep it up!
