INTER-HOUSE ATHLETICS HEATS: Year 7 – Fri 6th Nov– 9.00 am – 12.10 pm

The Athletics heats for Year 7 will take place at Sandy Bay, Pokfulam. Every student in Year 7 will compete in four different Athletics events – a sprint, a middle distance run, and then either two jumps, two throws, or a jump and a throw.

There will be a bus from school and students will leave school at 9.00 am. Once they arrive, students will have a briefing and a warm up and then approximately 2 hours to complete the four events. The bus will pick students up from Sandy Bay at 12.10pm and will return them to school by 12.35 pm ready for Tutor Time.

Important to Note:

Students will need to bring sun cream, hat and extra clothing (depending on the weather). They will need to wear PE kit with their House Shirt and appropriate footwear. Please leave valuables at school.

Ensure children have snack and plenty of water!

Parents are welcome to attend each session – please meet the students in Sandy Bay.
