Chinese-English Bilingual Festival for Secondary Students

The Chinese-English Bilingual Festival for Secondary Students will take place on 29-30 March, 2017 at the ESF Centre as one of the celebration events of the ESF 50th Anniversary. The two-day programme will include Chinese-English and Putonghua-English Debates for both Bilingual and Tri-lingual students, and Chinese-English bilingual story telling and Chinese-English bilingual recitals for students who learn Mandarin as a foreign language.

Multi-lingual competence is rightly seen as an increasingly important attribute in today’s interconnected world and Hong Kong provides an ideal environment for our students to excel in this area. The above activities give our students an opportunity to showcase their skills, and hopefully also to inspire others to match them.
