Celebrating Year 7-9 InSoc Students’ Creativity

During Year 7 lessons, students have been learning about how we can take action about being more sustainable. Sophia Yim (7C1) used one of the sustainability suggestions from one of the lessons and made a mini garden on her roof. You can see her video here.

In Year 8 the cohort recently completed an assessment where they had to develop their research, collaboration and digital literacy skills. The students produced creative, well organised and informative websites about China. Yr 8 parents should have received an email from the class inviting them to have a look at their work.

Here are some of the wonderful examples of what our students have achieved during this distance learning period:

China Challenge

All About Hebei

Culture of Shaanxi

How Has History Affected The Economy of Shaanxi

Year 9 students were given an opportunity to exhibit their Just War Artefacts/ Visual Representations on padlet with the rest of the community here

It has been great to see how creative, motivated and collaborative they have been even during these distance learning time.

We are delighted to announce that tonight's (final) 7pm performance of 'Emilia' is still taking place, because the signal is set to lower to T3 during the day. You can buy tickets on the door, without booking in advance, by Octopus, priced at 100 HKD for adults, 50 HKD for students and children. We hope to see you there!
