After School Activities
Please find below the message that was sent to parents earlier this week regarding After School Activities
How to Sign up
| Wednesday, August 26th 2015 (00:01) to Thursday, August 27th 2015 (23:59) | VIEW ONLY |

- Students may sign up at any time during this period
Activity Allocation
- Students may choose up to 4 activities
- Preference for each activity must be given (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th choice)
- Allocation for each activity will be selected in random order. This is to make it fair for all students. It is NOT first come first served
- On Thursday September 3rd, allocations will be finalized. Students are to check the status of their activities after this time. (Please see detailed instructions attached)
- In Term 2, priority will be given to students who were unable to secure a place in a particular activity from Term 1.
Extra information:
- Activities will run from Monday September 7th – Friday December 4th
- Activity buses will operate starting from Monday, September 7th. Please check details on our website for drop off points and times
All Activities must be paid for and appropriate forms signed by Friday September 4th or the allocation will be given to the next student on the list.
Students should all have their login details. Please ask your child if that have this information.
