TEDx TSIS : Journey Over Destination

On the 26^th of February, South Island School held its annual TEDx event under the theme “Journey over destination”. This underlying topic was expressed and shed light on from a variety of different angles: how failure can lead to success, how language has no limitations, and how identity- especially for “third culture kids”- can often be difficult to realise.

All the speakers, many of them students, were able to use this platform to share with our community the thought-provoking ideas and life-changing experiences that have shaped them into who they are, and taught them about the significance of the journey as a means to arrive at their final destination.
