📘📕 Yearbook 2017-18 collection

Dear Students and Staff,

Yearbook 2017-18 will be available for collection next week. Please follow the specific date and time slots for different Year groups.

This schedule is for PRE-ORDER collection ONLY.

Remember to collect the yearbook in person. If you authorize someone to pick up the yearbook, an authorized letter is required to present at the counter.

 

For Year 7 and Year 8 students

Pick up date : Tuesday, June 26

Location : Foyer area opposite the PTA office

Time : break, lunch time and after school till 4pm

 

For Year 9, 10 and 12 students

Pick up date : Wednesday, June 27

Location : Foyer area opposite the PTA office

Time : Break, lunch time and after school till 4pm

 

For Year 11, 13 students

Pick up date : Thursday, June 28

Location : Reception area

Time : Break, lunch time and after school till 4pm

 

For Staff pre-order

Please refer to a separate email on the collection date

 

There will be alternative pick-up dates from July 3 to September 28 for

those students who are not able to collect the yearbook on the above assigned dates.

Date : June 28

Location : Foyer area opposite to PTA office

Payment method : 300 HKD cash only

Time : Break, Lunch time and after school till 4pm.

As there’s limited supply, this will be on first- come first- serve basis.
